Fine Fit offers the affordability of working with a personal trainer in a small group setting. There are never more than four clients on the floor at a time – a perfect ratio for the trainer to set up, correct and modify any of the eight exercises given to each client during their thirty minutes of weight bearing exercise.
MEET OUR TEAM
All of our trainers are Nationally and/or Internationally Certified through ACE, AAAI/ISMA, NASM, CanFitPro. All of our trainers are also CPR and AED Certified.
